石油系针状焦生产原料的预处理工艺研究进展

【摘要】 介绍了针状焦的发展历程和生产工艺,重点介绍了生产石油系针状焦所用减压渣油和催化裂化油浆的预处理工艺。分析了两种油浆的组成及性质,根据油浆性质采取不同的原料预处理方法。针对减压渣油预处理难度较大及成焦后针状焦的性能较差的问题,提出一种以催化裂化油浆为原料,通过联合预处理工艺获得生产高品质针状焦原料的方法。通过优化生产工艺、改变混合原料配比来提高产品质量是未来石油系针状焦发展的趋势,有望实现石油系针状焦在国内的规模化生产。

【Abstract】 The development history and production process of needle coke were reviewed. The pretreatment process for the production of petroleum-based needle coke from vacuum residue and catalytic cracking oil slurry were mainly described. The composition and properties of the two kinds of slurries were analyzed. Different pretreatment methods were adopted according to the different properties of the slurries. With regard to the difficulty of vacuum residue pretreatment and the poor performance of needle coke after coking,a new method for producing high-quality needle coke feedstock is proposed by using the combined pretreatment process of catalytic cracking slurry oil. It is pointed out that improving the product quality by optimizing the production process and changing the ratio of mixed raw materials will be the future development trend of petroleum needle coke,which is expected to realize the large-scale production of petroleum-based needle coke in China.
