离子液体萃取脱除残渣燃料油中硫化物
Removing sulfide from residual fuel oil by extraction of ionic liquids
【摘要】 以离子液体1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑四氟硼酸盐([Bmim]BF4)、疏水性1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑六氟磷酸盐([Bmim]PF6)、1-辛基-3-甲基咪唑六氟磷酸盐([Omim]PF6)以及1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑溴盐([Bmim]Br)为萃取剂,对船用残渣燃料油首先进行了直接萃取脱硫研究,考察了不同条件下离子液体的脱硫性能和再生性能。进而选择离子液体[Bmim]BF4和[Bmim]PF6,以H2O2为氧化剂、磷钼酸和磷钨酸为催化剂,完成了不同条件下的萃取-氧化脱硫实验研究。实验结果表明,单级直接萃取的最高脱硫率约为30%,[Bmim]BF4和[Bmim]PF6相对具有较好的再生脱硫性能;采用萃取-氧化法能够显著提升离子液体的脱硫效果,最高脱硫率约70%,同时能够有效降低离子液体的用量。
【Abstract】 1-Butyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate([Bmim]BF4),1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate([Bmim]PF6),1-octyl-3-methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate([Omim]PF6),1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium bromide([Bmim]Br) were first used as extraction agents to remove sulfide from marine residual fuel oil by direct extraction method. The desulfurization performance at different conditions and the regeneration performance of the above agents were investigated. Further,hydrogen peroxide as oxidizing agent,phosphomolybdic acid and phosphotungstic acid as catalyst,were applied to [Bmim]BF4 and [Bmim]PF6 systems,respectively,and the desulfurization experiments by extraction-oxidation method were conducted accordingly. The results demonstrate that the maximum desulfurization rate of single-stage direct extraction is about 30%,and [Bmim]BF4 and [Bmim]PF6 have relatively better desulfurization performance after regeneration;Using the extraction-oxidation method can greatly improve the desulfurization effects of ionic liquids with about 70% the maximum desulfurization rate,and it can effectively reduce the dosages of ionic liquids.
