【摘要】 目的 探讨MRI、PET/CT扫描在感染性脊柱炎(IS)鉴别诊断中的应用价值。方法 回顾性分析120例IS患者的MRI和PET/CT影像资料，其中结核性脊柱炎(TS)、化脓性脊柱炎(SS)及布鲁杆菌性脊柱炎(BS)各40例，所有患者的诊断经活检或手术病理确诊，观察不同病因IS的MRI和PET/CT影像特征及其差异。结果 (1)3组IS患者的MRI表现存在显著统计学差异(P<0.05)。(2)3种IS在椎旁脓肿性质、病灶放射学分布的均匀性和最大标准摄取值(SUVmax)方面表现均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论 MRI能够清楚显示不同病因IS患者的形态和信号改变，在IS的鉴别中具有重要的临床诊断及应用价值，PET/CT对不同病因诱导的IS的鉴别存在局限性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application value of MRI and PET/CT in the differential diagnosis of infectious spondylitis(IS).Methods MRI and PET/CT images of 120 IS patients were retrospectively collected.Among them,tuberculous spondylitis(TS),suppurative spondylitis(SS) and brucellosis spondylitis(BS) were each in 40 cases.The diagnosis was confirmed by biopsy or surgical pathology,and the characteristics and differences of MRI and PET/CT images of different causes of IS were observed.Results(1)The MRO manifestations of the three groups were significantly different,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)There were no significant differences in the properties of the three types of IS in the nature of the paravertebral abscess,the uniformity of the radiographic distribution of the lesion,and the maximum standard uptake value(SUVmax)(P>0.05).Conclusion MRI can clearly show the morphological and signal changes of IS patients with different etiologies,so it has important clinical diagnosis and application value in IS differentiation.PET/CT identification has limitations on IS induced by different etiologies.更多还原
