【摘要】 目的 探讨球囊碎栓术治疗颅内静脉窦血栓(CVST)的疗效。方法 回顾性分析31例应用球囊碎栓术治疗的CVST患者,并进行6个月的临床随访,观察患者的治疗效果。结果 31例患者中终点事件发生率为6.45%(2/31)。美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分及改良的Rankin量表(mRS)评分,术后随访点同术前相比均有统计学差异。结论 应用球囊碎栓术治疗CVST安全、有效,可以用于静脉窦内血栓形成时间较长、范围较广的患者,可以用于微导丝碎栓加接触性溶栓治疗效果不佳的患者。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the curative effect of endovascular disintegrate thrombus surgery for cerebral venous sinus thrombosis(CVST).Methods 31 patients with CVST treated with endovascular disintegrate thrombus surgery were retrospectively analyzed and followed up in the clinic for 6 months to observe the therapeutic effect.Results The incidence of endpoint events in 31 patients was 6.45%(2/31).The National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NIHSS) score and the modified Rankin scale(mRS) score of the postoperative follow-up point were statistically different compared with the preoperative ones.Conclusion Endovascular disintegrate thrombus surgery is safe and effective in the treatment of CVST.It can be used for patients with a long and wide range of venous sinus thrombosis and can also be used for those with poor curative effect who were treated with guide wire disintegrate thrombus and endovascular contact thrombolysis.更多还原
