【摘要】 目的 研究不同解剖平面左侧肾周脂肪厚度并探讨其影响因素。方法 收集104例行腹部CT扫描的成人病例的临床和影像学资料并进行回顾性分析,着重观察和记录左肾门水平与左肾下极水平上的左侧肾周脂肪厚度、左侧肾脏横径、椎体横径以及肚脐水平腹壁脂肪厚度;记录患者的性别、年龄。分析左侧肾周脂肪厚度与上述因素的相关性。结果 （1）左肾门水平:左侧肾周脂肪厚度（Y₁）与年龄（X₁）、腹壁脂肪厚度（X₂）、性别（X₃）具有相关性（线性回归方程:Y₁=0.029X₁+0.443X₂-0.339X₃+0.554,R²=0.558）;（2）左肾下极水平:左侧肾周脂肪厚度（Y₂）与年龄（X₁）、腹壁脂肪厚度（X₂）、性别（X₃）具有相关性（线性回归方程:Y₂=0.022X₁+0.749X₂-0.528X₃+1.298,R²=0.498）;（3）左肾门及左肾下极水平:左侧肾周脂肪厚度与同水平椎体横径及左侧肾脏横径无相关性（P>0.05）。结论CT检查可显示左侧肾周脂肪的解剖学特点,其厚度与腹壁脂肪含量、年龄和性别有关。注重肾周脂肪厚度的测量可为肾脏病变的诊断和治疗提供影像学依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the thickness of the left perinephric fat and its influence factors in different anatomical planes.Methods 104 adult cases underwent abdominal CT scanning were retrospectively collected and analyzed with complete clinical and imaging data.The left perienphric fat thickness,and the transverse diameters of left kidney and the vertebral body at the level of the hilum and the lower pole of the left kidney,and the fat thickness of abdominal wall at the level of navel were completely observed and recorded.Also,the gender and age of all cases were recorded.Then,the correlation between the left perinephric fat thickness and these above factors were analyzed.Results At the left renal hilum level,the thickness of left perinephric fat（Y₁） was correlated with age（X₁）,the fat thickness of abdominal wall（X₂）,and gender（X₃） respectively（regression equation:Y₁=0.029X₁+0.443X₂-0.339X₃+0.554,R²=0.558）.At the level of lower pole of the left kidney,the similar correlations of left perinephric fat thickness（Y₂） with age（X₁）,the fat thickness of abdominal wall（X₂）,and gender（X₃） were found respectively（regression equation:Y₂=0.022X₁+0.749X₂-0.528X₃+1.298,R²=0.498）.However,there were no correlations between the left perinephric fat thickness and the transverse diameters of the vertebral body and left kidney（P>0.05）.Conclusion CT can reveal the anatomical characteristics of the perinephric fat,which may be related to the fat content of abdominal wall,age and gender.Measurement of the perinephric fat thickness may provide imaging data to support diagnosis and treatment of the renal diseases.更多还原
