【摘要】 目的探讨拨核技术在超声乳化手术中的应用效果。方法对兴化楚水医院2018年3～10月开展的晶状体超声乳化手术78例(78眼)进行回顾性研究,术中应用小切口拨核方法,先将核松动游离半脱位于前房,进一步旋拨核,令核完全松动,再以黏弹剂压回囊袋内,行超声劈核,观察手术效果。结果 49眼(62.82%)一次劈核将核分成2块,19眼(24.36%)核未能一次完全分开,10眼(12.82%)超声过程中形成核碗。2眼发生后囊破裂。结论应用拨核技术将核完全松动游离再行超声劈核,是一种安全有效的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objetive To investigate effect of application of small incision nuclear rotation technique in phacoemulsification.Methods We carried out a retrospective study of 78 cases with 78 eyes received phacoemusification from March to October,2018 in Xinhua Chushui Hospital.small incision nuclear rotation technique was applied,first loosening the nuclear to the anterior chamber,then rotating the nuclear and putting it back to the capsule with viscoelastics.Phaco nuclear fragmentation was performed and the effect of nuclear fragmentation was observed.Results The nuclear was divided into two parts in 49 eyes(62.82%),not divided completely in19 eyes(24.36%).The nuclear bowel was formed in phacoemulsification in 10 eyes(12.82%).Posterior capsule was broken in 2 eyes.Conclusion Application of small incision nuclear rotation technique in phacoemulsification,loosening the nuclear and performing phaco nuclear fragmentation,It is a safe and effective mathod.更多还原
