【摘要】 目的探讨宫颈癌患者腹腔镜下淋巴结切除术治疗的有效性及影响患者预后的相关因素。方法回顾性分析153例宫颈癌患者的临床资料,分析宫颈癌患者腹腔镜下淋巴结切除术治疗效果及影响患者预后的因素。结果153例患者经腹腔镜下淋巴结切除术治疗,2年后生存130例,死亡23例。死亡组盆腔淋巴结阳性、低分化、肿瘤直径≥4 cm、发生子宫内膜受累、存在宫颈深层浸润、脉管浸润、临床分期ⅡA发生率均高于生存组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);多因素Logistic回归分析显示,盆腔淋巴结阳性、低分化、肿瘤直径≥4 cm、子宫内膜受累、宫颈深层浸润、脉管浸润、临床分期ⅡA是影响宫颈癌患者腹腔镜下淋巴结切除术预后的独立危险因素(P<0.05且OR>1)。结论盆腔淋巴结性质、肿瘤分化程度、肿瘤大小、是否累及子宫内膜及脉管与宫颈深层浸润程度、临床分期等均是影响宫颈癌患者腹腔镜下淋巴结切除术预后的主要因素,在临床治疗中需予以重视。更多还原
