【摘要】 目的检测宫颈癌组织中自噬相关蛋白Beclin1的表达情况,探究其与宫颈癌临床病理参数及患者预后的关系。方法运用免疫组化方法检测Beclin1蛋白在40例宫颈癌组织、癌旁正常组织中的表达情况。结果 Beclin1蛋白在宫颈癌中的阳性表达率为42.5%,在癌旁正常组织中的阳性表达率为95.0%,两者相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Beclin1蛋白在宫颈癌中的表达与浸润深度、分化程度及有无淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),与病理类型、肿瘤形态无关(P>0.05)。结论 Beclin1在宫颈癌组织中表达下调,提示自噬活性的改变可能对宫颈癌的发生、发展起一定的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To detect the expression of autophagy-related protein Beclin1 in cervical cancer tissue and explore its relationship with clinicopathological parameters and prognosis of cervical cancer patients.Methods Beclin1 protein expression in 40 cases of cervical cancer and adjacent normal tissues was detected by immunohistochemical method.Results The positive expression rate of Beclin1 protein in cervical cancer was 42.5%,and the positive expression rate in adjacent normal tissues was 95%,the difference between the 2 grouops was statistically significant(P<0.05).The expression of Beclin1 protein in cervical cancer was related to the depth of invasion, degree of differentiation and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05),and was not related to the pathological type and tumor morphology(P>0.05).Conclusion Beclin1 expression is down-regulated in cervical cancer tissue, suggesting that the change of autophagy activity may play a certain role in the occurrence and development of cervical cancer.更多还原
