芎归六君子汤治疗急性心肌梗死疗效及对患者再灌注损伤后心功能、氧化应激水平的影响
Effect of Xionggui Liujunzi decoction on cardiac function and oxidative stress level in patients with acute myocardial infarction after reperfusion injury
【摘要】 目的:探讨芎归六君子汤对急性心肌梗死患者再灌注损伤后心功能及氧化应激水平的影响。方法:将80例急性心肌梗死患者再灌注损伤后作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组各40例,对照组给予常规治疗,研究组在对照组治疗基础上给予芎归六君子汤治疗。记录两组治疗前后的心功能、氧化应激水平、心肌肌钙蛋白I、肌酸激酶同工酶、中医证候积分,统计疗效。结果:治疗前,两组心功能、氧化应激水平、心肌肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、中医证候积分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组心功能、氧化应激水平、cTnI、CK-MB、中医证候积分均较治疗前改善,与对照组相比,研究组疗效、心功能、氧化应激水平、cTnI、CK-MB、中医证候积分改善更明显(P<0.05)。结论:芎归六君子汤能够有效改善急性心肌梗死患者再灌注损伤后心功能,调节氧化应激水平。
【Abstract】 Objective:This study aimed to investigate the effect of Xionggui Liujunzi decoction on cardiac function and oxidative stress levels in patients with acute myocardial infarction after reperfusion injury.Methods:80 admitted patients with acute myocardial infarction after reperfusion injury were taken as the research object.They were divided into a control group and a study group with 40 cases each by a random number table method.The control group was given for conventional treatment, the study group was given Xionggui Liujunzi decoction on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The heart function, oxidative stress level, cardiac troponin I,creatine kinase isoenzyme, TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment were recorded in the two groups, and the curative effect was calculated.Results:Before treatment, the two groups’ heart function, oxidative stress level, cardiac troponin I(cTnI),creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB),TCM syndrome scores were compared(P>0.05);after treatment, the two groups’ heart function, oxidative stress level, cTnI,CK-MB,the scores of TCM syndromes were improved compared with those before treatment.Compared with the control group, the scores of efficacy, heart function, oxidative stress, cTnI,CK-MB,and TCM syndromes of the study group improved significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xionggui Liujunzi decoction can effectively improve the heart function of patients with acute myocardial infarction after reperfusion injury and regulate the level of oxidative stress.
