【摘要】 目的:探讨平肝化痰法联合西药治疗老年高血压临床疗效及对患者血压变异性、臂踝脉搏波传导速度、踝臂指数的影响。方法:对100例老年高血压患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,按照治疗方法分为治疗组54例和对照组46例,对照组给予口服氨氯地平片治疗,治疗组采用平肝化痰法联合西药治疗。比较两组临床疗效、血压变化情况、治疗前后血清C反应蛋白、踝臂指数(ABI)、臂踝脉搏波传导速度(BaPWV)。结果:两组临床治疗总有效率分别为92.59%、78.26%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后舒张压(DBP)、收缩压(SBP)均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后24 h、白昼及夜间舒张压变异性、收缩压变异性均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后C反应蛋白、BaPWV均低于对照组,ABI高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:平肝化痰法联合西药治疗能改善老年高血压患者的血压水平,调节炎症反应,降低血压变异性,降低臂踝脉搏波传导速度、踝臂指数。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of Pinggan Huatan method combined with western medicine on elderly hypertension and its influences on blood pressure variability,brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity and ankle-brachial index.Methods:The clinical data of 100 elderly patients with hypertension were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into treatment group(n=54) and control group(n=46).The control group was treated with routine western medicine,while treatment group was treated with Pinggan Huatan method and western medicine.The clinical curative effect,changes of blood pressure,C-reactive protein,ABI and BaPWV before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The total response rate of clinical treatment in treatment group was better than that in control group(92.59% vs. 78.26%,P<0.05).After treatment,diastolic blood pressure(DBP) and systolic blood pressure(SBP) in treatment group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,day diastolic blood pressure variability(dDBPV),day systolic blood pressure variability(dSBPV),night diastolic blood pressure variability(nDBPV),night systolic blood pressure variability(nSBPV),24 h diastolic blood pressure variability(24 hDBPV) and 24 h systolic blood pressure variability(24 hSBPV) in treatment group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,C-reactive protein and BaPWV in treatment group were lower than those in control group,while ABI was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pinggan Huatan method combined with western medicine can improve blood pressure level in elderly patients with hypertension,reduce blood pressure variability,adjust inflammatory response,decrease ABI and baPWV.更多还原
