【摘要】 目的:探讨大肿瘤抑制基因1(LATS1)和Yes相关蛋白(YAP)在小肠腺癌中的表达及意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学法检测LATS1和YAP蛋白在60例小肠腺癌和20例癌旁组织中的表达情况及其与小肠腺癌患者临床生物学特征的关系。结果:与癌旁组织比较,LATS1在小肠腺癌组织中低表达,而YAP在小肠腺癌组织中高表达。但是,LATS1/YAP信号异常表达与小肠腺癌患者的性别、年龄及病理学分级无相关性。结论:LATS1/YAP信号异常表达与小肠腺癌相关,但是与患者临床生物学特征无相关性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the expression and significance of large tumor suppressor gene 1(LATS1) and yes-associated protein(YAP) in small intestinal adenocarcinoma(SIAC).Methods:Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of LATS1 and YAP protein in 60 cases of SIAC and 20 cases of adjacent normal tissues and their relationship with the clinical biological characteristics in patients with SIAC.Results:Compared with the adjacent normal tissues, LATS1 protein was lowly expressed in SIAC,while YAP was highly expressed in SIAC.However, the abnormal expression of LATS1/YAP signal had no association with the gender, age and pathological grade in patients with SIAC.Conclusion:The abnormal expression of LATS1/YAP signal was related to SIAC,but showed no association with the clinical biological characteristics in patients with SIAC.更多还原
