【摘要】 乳腺癌患者以手术治疗为主,术后疼痛影响患者术后生活质量,术后复发和转移是乳腺癌死亡的主要原因。围手术期导致的炎症因子释放、免疫因子抑制和肿瘤细胞转移,是肿瘤微转移和扩散的潜在窗口期,因而围术期管理对癌症预后意义深远。麻醉药物、方法、镇痛技术等影响肿瘤患者术后转归。研究发现酰胺类局麻药利多卡因具有镇痛、抗炎、抗肿瘤等作用。本文主要综述围术期静脉输注利多卡因在乳腺癌手术中的应用,并对相关作用机制进行探讨,旨为乳腺癌手术围术期麻醉管理提供优化方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 Patients with breast cancer are mainly treated by surgery, and postoperative pain affects the quality of life of patients after operation.Postoperative recurrence and metastasis are the main causes of death of breast cancer.Perioperative inflammatory factor release, immune factor suppression and tumor cell metastasis are the potential window period of tumor micrometastasis and diffusion, so perioperative management is of far-reaching significance to the prognosis of cancer.Anesthetic drugs, methods and analgesic techniques affect the postoperative outcome of tumor patients.It has been found that amide local anesthetic lidocaine has analgesic, anti-inflammatory and anti-tumor effects.This article mainly reviews the application of perioperative intravenous infusion of lidocaine in breast cancer operation, and discusses the related mechanism, in order to provide an optimal scheme for perioperative anesthetic management of breast cancer operation.更多还原
