【摘要】 目的:探讨陕西省商州区0～6岁儿童缺铁性贫血(IDA)患病现状及发病相关风险因素。方法:选取陕西省商州区2215例0～6岁儿童作为研究对象,通过问卷调查、常规体格检查,以及血常规、血清铁、铁蛋白含量检测和流行病学数据(孕周、出生体重、喂养情况、家庭收入等)采集,分析IDA发生的影响因素。结果:2215例0～6岁学龄前儿童IDA发病率为19.86%,其中6月龄至1岁为IDA高发年龄阶段。商州区0～6岁儿童IDA发生的影响因素有家庭收入、出生体重、辅食添加时间、饮食偏好、喂养方式及母孕期是否贫血;IDA发生的独立危险因素包括母亲生育年龄、家庭收入、出生体重、喂养方式及母孕期贫血(均P<0.05)。结论:陕西省商州区0～6岁儿童IDA患病率仍处于较高水平,需加强母孕期健康宣教,提高家庭收入,积极母乳喂养,按时添加辅食,以降低该地区0～6岁儿童IDA患病率,提高儿童健康水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the prevalence and related risk factors of iron deficiency anemia(IDA)in preschool children aged 0～6 years in Shangzhou District,Shaanxi Province.Methods:2215 children aged 0-6 years in Shangzhou District,Shaanxi Province were selected as the research objects.They were investigated through questionnaires,routine physical examinations,blood routine,serum iron,ferritin content detection,and epidemiological data(gestational age,birth weight,feeding status,family income,etc.)to collect and analyze the influencing factors of IDA.Results:The incidence of IDA in 2215 preschool children aged 0-6 years was 19.86%,among which IDA was at a high incidence age from 6 months to 1 year old.The influencing factors of IDA in children aged 0-6 years in Shangzhou District include family income,birth weight,supplementary food supplement time,dietary preferences,feeding method,and maternal anemia during pregnancy;independent risk factors for IDA include mother’s childbearing age,family income,and birth weight,feeding method and maternal anemia during pregnancy(all P<0.05).Conclusion:The prevalence of IDA in children aged 0-6 years in Shangzhou District of Shaanxi Province is still at a high level.It is necessary to strengthen maternal health education during pregnancy,increase family income,encourage breastfeed,and add complementary foods on time,so as to reduce the prevalence of IDA of preschool children in this area and improve the health of children.更多还原
