【Abstract】 Transurethral resection of prostate(TURP) is the gold standard for surgical treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia in elderly men.This type of surgery requires the use of a large amount of irrigation fluid to expand the surgical field of view and wash away debris and blood.One potential complication of this irrigation is the systemic absorption of liquid,which can cause a series of clinical symptoms and even be life-threatening in severe cases.Therefore,monitoring the absorption of lavage fluid during TURP surgery is of great significance.This article reviews the current monitoring methods of lavage fluid absorption in TURP surgery at home and abroad.更多还原
