【摘要】 目的探讨清瘟解毒饮联合奥司他韦对热毒郁肺型流感患儿炎症因子、免疫功能的影响及其干预效果分析。方法选取热毒郁肺型流感患儿74例,随机分为观察组和对照组各37例。对照组采用奥司他韦口服治疗,观察组采用清瘟解毒饮联合奥司他韦口服治疗。对比2组患儿主要临床症状消失时间以及治疗前后中医证候积分的变化情况。对比2组患儿治疗前后血清白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)及免疫球蛋白(sIgA、IgG、IgM)水平的变化。对比2组患儿不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患儿发热、咳嗽、咽痛的消失时间均显著较对照组缩短(P<0.05);2组患儿治疗后的中医证候积分均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组中医证候积分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);2组患儿治疗后IL-4、IFN-γ、IFN-γ/IL-4均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),观察组治疗后IL-4显著高于对照组,而IFN-γ、IFN-γ/IL-4显著低于对照组(P<0.05);2组患儿治疗后sIgA、IgG、IgM均显著高于治疗前(P<0.05);观察组治疗后sIgA、IgG、IgM均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组患儿均未发生严重不良反应。结论清瘟解毒饮联合奥司他韦可降低热毒郁肺型流感患儿的炎症水平,改善免疫功能,提高临床治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of Qingwen Jiedu decoction combined with oseltamivir on inflammatory factors and immune function of influenza children with type of heat-toxin accumulated in lung and its intervention effect. Methods A total of 74 influenza children with type of heat-toxin accumulated in lung were randomly divided into observation group(n=37) and control group(n=37). Patients in control group were treated with oseltamivir,and the ones in observation group were treated with Qingwen Jiedu decoction combined with oseltamivir.The disappearance time of main clinical symptoms, the changes of TCM syndrome score,levels of serum interleukin-(IL)-4,interferon(IFN)-γ and immunoglobulin(sIgA, IgG, IgM), as well as the adverse reactions between the two groups were compared. Results The disappearance time of fever, cough and sore throat of in observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05). The TCM syndrome score of the two groups after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05), and the TCM syndrome score in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05). The levels of IL-4, IFN-γ, IFN-γ/IL-4 of the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05). The level of IL-4 in observation group after treatment was significantly higher than that in the control group, while the levels of IFN-γ, IFN-γ/IL-4 were significantly lowe(P<0.05). The levels of sIgA, IgG, IgM of the two groups after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05). The levels of s IgA, IgG, IgM in observation group after treatment were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05). No serious adverse reactions occurred in both two groups. Conclusion Qingwen Jiedu decoction combined with oseltamivir can reduce the inflammatory level, improve the immune function, and improve the clinical effect of influenza children with type of heat-toxin accumulated in lung.更多还原
