【Abstract】 Low grade squamous intraepithelial lesion(LSIL) and atypical squamous cells of undetermined significance( ASCUS) are common types of cervical lesion. Clinical determination of LSIL and ASC-US was mainly carried out by HPV-DNA detection, but this triage method has the problem of high rate of missed diagnosis. Nowadays, some biomarkers and detection methods were urgently needed to predict the outcome of LSIL and ASC-US, and achieve its distributive management.更多还原
