线上线下混合式教学模式在生理学教学中的探索
Exploration on online and offline blended teaching mode in physiology
【摘要】 伴随智能化、信息技术的快速发展,传统的课堂教学模式与现代科学技术的深度融合是教学模式发展的一个方向。线上线下混合式教学模式已成为新的教学热点。如何充分利用线上教学的契机,进行以教师为引导、以学生为主体的多维互动、交叉融合是线上线下混合教学的重点内容。为进一步深化生理学教学改革,西安交通大学生理学教学团队在药学专业生理学教学中试点实施基于MOOC+SPOC的线上线下混合式教学模式,探索以学生为中心、以岗位胜任力为导向的生理学教学改革,以期提升教学质量,培养高素质医学人才。
【Abstract】 With the rapid development of intellectualization and information technology, the deep integration of traditional classroom teaching and modern technology has become a new trend, and the online and offline blended teaching mode becomes a new teaching hot spot. The teachers should take advantage of the opportunity of online teaching, and the key to the blended teaching is "multidimensional interaction and interdisciplinary integration" with teachers as the guide and students as the main body. In order to further deepen the teaching reform, the physiology team in Xi’an Jiaotong University explored the online and offline blended teaching mode based on "MOOC+SPOC" in the students of pharmacy specialty, and adopted the student-centered and post-competency oriented mode to improve the teaching quality and train high-quality medical talents.
