鞋垫对跑步运动中下肢肌电的影响研究
Research on the Influence of Insoles on the Electromyography of Lower Limbs in Running
【摘要】 目的:分析不同鞋垫对跑步中下肢肌电的影响,为消费者选择慢跑鞋垫提供理论参考。方法:采用noraxon无线表面肌电设备采集下肢肌电信号,依据配对T检验方法对数据进行分析。结果:积分肌电中无鞋垫类型与鞋垫B在下肢肌肉中均表现出统计学差异,穿鞋垫比无鞋垫类型下肢各肌肉最大值均小,且专业鞋垫与无鞋垫类型表现出统计学差异;鞋垫A中股二头肌的积分肌电和最大值减小最为明显,鞋垫B的股直肌贡献率、最大值下降明显。结论:在10km/h的速度下,专业跑步鞋垫减震作用更好,且对大腿肌群的疲劳有更好的延迟作用;鞋垫B较其他鞋垫优势更为明显,鞋垫A更有利于保护大腿后侧肌群,而鞋垫B更有利于保护大腿前侧肌群。
【Abstract】 The paper aims to analyze the influence of different insoles on the muscle EMG of lower limbs during running,and to provide a theoretical reference for consumers to choose jogging insoles. Noraxon wireless surface EMG equipment was used to collect the EMG signals of lower limbs,and the data were analyzed according to the paired T test method. There were statistical differences of integrated EMG between the non-insole type and the B insoles in the lower limb muscles. The maximum value of mid-wear insole is smaller than that of the non-insole type. And there is a statistical difference between the professional insole and the non-insole type. With A insoles,the integrated EMG and maximum value of biceps femoris decreased most obviously,while the contribution rate and maximum value of rectus femoris in B insoles decreased significantly. It is concluded that at a speed of10 km/h,professional running insoles have a better shock absorption effect,and have a better delay effect on the fatigue of the thigh muscles. B insoles have more obvious advantages than other insoles. A insoles are more conducive to protecting the back muscles of the thigh,while B insoles are more conducive to protecting the front muscles of the thigh.
