【摘要】 普通高中教育改革将全面发展与个性发展两者并列和格外强调通过选课走班制来实现"全面而有个性发展"之个性发展,都是值得检视、商榷的。如果我们不受中空式的千校一面、千生一面等批判性话语的影响和从普通高中学生发展的实际出发,普通高中教育改革应倡导学生健康而全面发展。学生的个性发展什么时候都是重要的。但如果教育改革方案提出的教育改革目标具有更加鲜明的现实针对性,那么,普通高中教育乃至整个基础教育的改革目标的排序应是学生健康发展第一、全面发展第二、个性发展第三。为发展学生的个性,普通高中教育改革将选课走班与学生的个性发展的关系绝对化了。选课走班不是发展学生个性的唯一途径,不走班不一定不能促进学生个性发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 The reform of general high school education juxtaposes all-round development and personality development,and places extra emphasis on the individual development of “comprehensive and individual development”through the class-election system,both of which need further reviewing and discussing. If not affected by the empty criticism as the homogeneity in different schools and students,the reform of general high school education should advocate the healthy and comprehensive development of students in a more practical way.The development of students’ personality is always important. However,the more realistic ranking of goals proposed in the education reform for general high school education should be the healthy development of students,all-round development,and personality development. In order to develop students’ personality,the reform of general high school education absolutizes the relationship between class election system and students’ personality development. Class election is not the only way to develop students’ personalities,which means not going to class does not necessarily fail to promote students’ personal development.更多还原
