【Abstract】 According to the current situation of professional personnel training and the characteristics of the actual demand of enterprises, this paper puts forward the training mode of "school-enterprise double-main-body" for the talents of automobile specialty in local universities, this paper probes into the problems of training objective, scheme making, teachers commu-nication and idea coordination in the double-main-body training mode of school and enterprise, it is pointed out that the establishment of the principal position of enterprise talents training, the two-way communication between school and enterprise, the deep integration of production and teaching, and the strengthening of the construction of the teaching staff are the effective ways to cultivate the applied and innovative talents, which are of great practical significance.更多还原
