R1234yf在新能源电动车热泵空调系统的安全应用研究
Safety Application of R1234yf in Heat Pump System of Electric Vehicle
【摘要】 文章对低GWP制冷剂R1234yf应用于新能源电动汽车热泵空调的安全性进行了分析。采用热泵系统并利用液冷冷却电池的电动汽车,制冷剂充注量较传统汽车空调增加了400~800 g,制冷剂泄漏后风险加大。文章参考国家标准GB/T 9237-2017《制冷系统及热泵安全与环境要求》,分析并计算了两款不同车型的电动汽车乘员舱空间对应的制冷剂充注量限值。提出对使用微燃R1234yf的汽车热泵空调,如果超出了推荐充注量值,要安装制冷剂泄漏浓度报警并自动开启外循环的建议。
【Abstract】 The safety of low GWP refrigerant R1234 yf utilized in electric vehicle heat pump is analyzed. For the electric vehicle equipped with heat pump system and liquid cooling battery, the refrigerant charge is increased by 400-800 g. Therefore, the risk of refrigerant is increased. Referring to the national standard GB/T 9237-2017, the refrigerant charge limit was calculated corresponding to the occupant compartment space of two types of electric vehicles. It is suggested that the refrigerant leakage concentration alarm should be installed and the external circulation should be started automatically if the refrigerant charge exceeds the recommended value.
