基于转向模型的重型车辆转向燃油经济性分析

【摘要】 提高重型车辆的燃料经济性,需要分析车辆各个部分的燃油经济性,助力转向系统作为车辆重要部分之一,对其进行分析十分必要。本研究以智能消防车作为研究目标,使用了Trucksim和Matlab/Simulink软件在三种行驶周期下对两种助力转向系统进行联合仿真,从而分析重型车辆转向系统的能耗特性。本研究显示,转向系统的燃油经济性随转向部分的比率而变化,液压助力转向和电控液压助力转向之间的燃油效率差异随着转向段的增加而减少。本研究的结果有助于在进行消防车等重型车辆设计时,根据工作环境选取合适的转向系统。

【Abstract】 In order to improve the fuel economy of high-heavy vehicles, it is needs to analyze the fuel economy of each part of the vehicle. As one of the important parts of the vehicle, the power steering system is very necessary to analyze it. This research takes the intelligent fire truck as the research objective, and uses Trucksim and Matlab/Simulink software to co-simulate the two types of power steering systems under three driving cycles to analyze the energy consumption characteristics of the heavy-duty vehicle steering system.This study shows that the fuel economy of the steering system changes with the ratio of the steering part, and the difference in fuel efficiency between hydraulic power steering and electronically controlled hydraulic power steering decreases as the steering section increases.The results of this paper are helpful for selecting the appropriate steering system according to the working environment when designing heavy vehicles such as fire trucks.
