基于层次分析法的电动乘用车动力性和经济性分析
Power and Economic Analysis of Electric Passenger Vehicle Based on Hierarchical Analysis Method
【摘要】 根据整车参数和动力性设计要求,计算电动乘用车所需电机的关键参数并选出三款电机。根据当前市场主要动力电池类型,为该车选择了三款动力电池包,分别计算出它们所需串、并联单体电池的个数,并根据电池选型修正了整车质量。此外,根据动力性能要求对单级主减速器的最大减速比进行了修正。然后,采用仿真分析法对电动汽车开展了一系列模拟实验测试,如NEDC循环工况测试、60km/h等速行驶工况测试和最大爬坡度测试实验。最后,运用层次分析法研究出该款电动乘用车的动力性和经济性综合最优匹配方案。
【Abstract】 According to the design requirements of vehicle parameters and power performance, the key parameters of electric motor for electric passenger vehicle were calculated and three types of motors were selected. According to the main power battery types in the current market, three power battery packs were selected for this car. The number of series and parallel cells were calculated respectively. Then the quality of the whole vehicle was corrected according to the battery selection. In addition, the maximum reduction ratio of the single-stage main reducer was modified according to the requirement of vehicle power performance. After that, a series of simulation experiments were carried out for the electric vehicle with simulation analysis method, such as NEDC test, 60 km/h constant-speed driving test and maximum climbing slope test. Finally, analytic hierarchy process(AHP) is used to study the comprehensive optimal matching scheme of power performance and economic performance of this electric passenger vehicle.
