叶酸对蛋鸡生产性能、血液指标和抗氧化酶活性的影响

【摘要】 选取30周龄体况和产蛋率相近的京红1号蛋鸡648只鸡,设6个饲粮叶酸添加水平(0、1、3、6、12、24 mg/kg),研究不同叶酸水平对蛋鸡生产性能、血清指标和抗氧化酶活性的影响。结果表明,饲粮添加叶酸对蛋鸡生产性能无显著影响,但可以缓解蛋鸡产蛋高峰期产蛋率自然下降的幅度;饲粮添加叶酸显著提高蛋鸡血清叶酸含量和亚甲基四氢叶酸还原酶(MTHFR)活性,同型半胱氨酸含量和二氢叶酸还原酶(DHFR)活性显著降低;饲粮添加叶酸可显著提高血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶和总超氧化物歧化酶活力,降低丙二醛含量。饲粮中添加适宜水平的叶酸能提高蛋鸡的抗氧化性能,缓解蛋鸡产蛋高峰期产蛋率自然下降的幅度,以添加3.78~6.40 mg/kg叶酸效果较好。

【Abstract】 648 Jinghong 1 laying hens aged 30 weeks with similar body condition and laying rate were selected. Six dietary folic acid levels(0,1,3,6,12,24 mg/kg)were set up to study the effects of dietary folic acid levels on the production performance, serum indexes and antioxidant enzyme activities of laying hens. The results showed that dietary folic acid supplementation had no significant effect on the production performance of laying hens, but could alleviate the natural decline of laying rate during the peak laying period. Dietary folic acid supplementation significantly increased serum folic acid content and methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase(MTHFR)activity, while homocysteine content and dihydrofolate reductase(DHFR) activity significantly decreased. Dietary folic acid supplementation significantly increased the activities of serum glutathione peroxidase and total superoxide dismutase, and decreased the malondialdehyde content. Dietary supplementation of folic acid at an appropriate level could improve the antioxidant capacity of laying hens and alleviate the natural decline of laying rate during the peak period of laying. The effect of 3.78-6.40 mg/kg folic acid was better.
