【摘要】 目的:探讨基于结构-过程-结果三维质量评价模式构建的延续护理方案在前列腺癌患者中的应用效果。方法:选择2018年8月—2020年7月收治的前列腺癌手术患者78例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组39例。对照组采取常规肿瘤专科护理,观察组采取基于结构-过程-结果三维质量评价模式构建的延续护理方案,均持续3个月。比较两组心理状况、排尿功能及生存质量。结果:出院时两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、尿失禁问卷简表(ICIQ-SF)、前列腺癌患者生存质量测定量表(FACT-P)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);出院3个月,观察组SAS,SDS和ICIQ-SF各维度评分低于对照组,FACT-P各维度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于结构-过程-结果三维质量评价模式构建的延续护理方案的实施,能够改善前列腺癌患者心理状况,促进术后排尿功能恢复,改善生存质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the application of continuation care plan based on the structure-process-result three-dimensional quality evaluation model in prostate cancer patients.Methods: A total of 78 patients undergoing prostate cancer surgery in hospital from August 2018 to July 2020 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table, with 39 cases in each group.The control group took regular oncology specialist care, and the observation group took a continuous care plan based on the structure-process-result three-dimensional quality evaluation model for 3 months.The psychological status, voiding function and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results: Comparison of the scores of the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS),urinary incontinence questionnaire(ICIQ-SF),and prostate cancer patient quality of life measurement scale(FACT-P) at the time of discharge from the hospital.The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),the scores of SAS,SDS,and ICIQ-SF of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the scores of FACT-P were higher than those of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: The implementation of the continuation care plan based on the structure-process-result three-dimensional quality evaluation model can improve the psychological status of patients with prostate cancer, promote the recovery of postoperative urination function, and improve the quality of life.更多还原
