【摘要】 目的:探讨基于虚拟现实技术的康复干预对孤独症谱系障碍(ASD)患儿核心症状的改善效果。方法:采用前瞻性研究方法,选取114例ASD患儿随机分为对照组和研究组,各57例。对照组采用家庭康复护理,研究组在家庭康复护理的基础上使用虚拟现实技术对患儿康复过程进行干预,两组患儿均干预6个月。采用孤独症治疗评估量表(ATEC)、孤独症儿童行为量表(ABC)、自闭症儿童心理教育评估量表(第3版)(PEP-3)及儿童孤独症评定量表(CARS)评估康复效果。结果:干预后两组患儿ATEC、ABC及CARS评分均低于干预前,且研究组低于对照组(均P<0.05);干预后两组患儿PEP-3评分均高于干预前,且研究组高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论:基于虚拟现实技术的康复干预有助于改善ASD患儿语言沟通障碍、社会交往及刻板行为等主要核心症状,增强患儿认知理解、情感表达、视觉和动作模仿能力等的发育水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the effect of rehabilitation intervention based on virtual reality(VR)technology on improving core symptoms of children with autism spectrum disorder(ASD).Methods:By using prospective research methods,a total of 114 children with ASD admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into a control group and a study group,with 57 cases in each.The control group used home rehabilitation care,and the study group used VR technology to intervene in the rehabilitation process based on home rehabilitation care.Both groups of children were intervened for 6 months.Autism Treatment Evaluation Checklist(ATEC),Autism Behavior Checklist(ABC),Psychoeducational Profile(Third Edition)(PEP-3),and Childhood Autism Rating Scale(CARS)were used to evaluate the effect of rehabilitation.Results:After the intervention,the scores of ATEC,ABC,and CARS of the children in these two groups were lower than before,and the study group was lower than the control group(all P<0.05);the PEP-3 scores of the two groups were higher than that before the intervention,the study group was higher than the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions:Rehabilitation intervention based on VR technology could help to improve the main core symptoms of children with ASD,including language communication disorder,social communication,and stereotyped behavior,and enhance the developmental level of children’s cognitive understanding,emotional expression,visual,and motor mimicry ability.更多还原
