【摘要】 目的:对老年人口腔健康相关自我效能量表(GSEOH)进行汉化,并检验其信度和效度。方法:获取GSEOH源作者授权后,对GSEOH进行翻译、回译及文化调试,形成GSEOH中文版;将其应用于263名南京地区老年人,并评价量表的信度及效度。结果:GSEOH中文版包括3个维度,共20个条目。项目分析各条目决断值(CR值)均>3,且各条目与量表总分的相关系数达到0. 4以上;量表的条目内容效度指数为0. 80～1. 00,量表内容效度指数为0. 94;验证性因子分析结果表明结构效度良好[卡方自由度比值(χ2/df)为2. 240,简约拟合指数(PGFI)为0. 681,增值拟合指数(IFI)=0. 926,比较拟合指数(CFI)为0. 926,均方根残差(RMR)为0. 044,渐进残差均方和平方根(RMSEA)为0. 069]。量表的Cronbach’sα系数为0. 913,各维度的Cronbach’sα系数为0. 869～0. 904;量表的重测相关系数为0. 743,各维度的重测相关系数为0. 711～0. 775。结论:GSEOH中文版具有较好的信度、效度,可进一步完善并应用于我国口腔临床工作中对老年人口腔保健自我效能水平的评定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To translate the Geriatric Self-Efficacy Scale for Oral Health(GSEOH)into Chinese and test its reliability and validity.Methods:After obtaining the author’s authorization,the GSEOH was translated,back-translated,and culturally adjusted to form the Chinese version of GSEOH. The scale’s reliability and validity were evaluated by conducting it among 263 older adults in Nanjing area.Results:The Chinese version of GSEOH included 3 dimensions and a total of 20 items. The decision value(CR value)of each item in the project analysis was all>3,and the correlation coefficient between each item and the scale’s total score was above 0. 4. The content validity index of the items was 0. 80-1. 00,and the content validity index of the scale was 0. 94;the confirmatory factor analysis results showed that the structure validity was good.
