【摘要】 目的:构建中医护理人才分层评价指标体系,为中医护理人才的培养和考核提供依据。方法:参考相关文献,结合某三级甲等中医院护理管理者访谈和全国范围的问卷调查,拟定中医护理人才分层评价指标体系,采用德尔菲法对33名专家进行2轮专家函询。结果:2轮专家函询的积极系数分别为100.00%,93.94%;专家权威系数分别为0.859,0.856;专家意见肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.136,0.168,均具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。最终形成包括初级职称、中级职称和高级职称中医护理人才的准入标准、评价内容、评价标准9个一级指标,39个二级指标,145个三级指标。结论:构建的中医护理人才分层评价指标体系具有较强的科学性和可靠性,可为中医护理人员培养、评价和晋升提供量化依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish the hierarchical evaluation index system for TCM nursing talents,so as to provide a basis for the training and assessment of TCM nursing talents.Methods:By referring to relevant literatures,and combined the interview of nursing managers in a tertiary grade A TCM hospital with the nationwide questionnaire survey,the hierarchical evaluation index system of TCM nursing talents was developed. Two rounds of expert consultation among 33 experts was adopted using Delphi method.Results:The positive coefficients of the two rounds of expert consultation were 100. 00% and 93. 94%,respectively,the expert authority coefficients were 0. 859 and 0. 856,respectively. And the Kendall’s W coefficients were 0. 136 and 0. 168,respectively,which were statistically significant(P<0. 001). Finally,nine first-level indicators,39 second-level indicators and 145 third-level indicators were formed. The first-level indicators included admission criteria,evaluation content and evaluation criteria for TCM nursing talents with primary,intermediate and senior professional titles.Conclusions:The constructed hierarchical evaluation index system of TCM nursing talents in this study was scientific and reliable,which could provide a quantitative basis for the training,evaluation and promotion of TCM nursing talents.更多还原
