井筒维护用剂对原油脱水影响研究及破乳剂筛选

【摘要】 为了研究井筒维护用剂对临盘油田原油脱水效果的影响,对临盘原油乳状液进行破乳实验。结果表明,生物酶清洗剂、常温稠油降粘剂和热洗添加剂均有促进P2破乳剂破乳的作用,其中生物酶清洗剂对P2破乳剂的促进作用最明显,脱水率达96.82%;缓蚀剂、脱硫剂、无固相压井液抑制了P2破乳剂的破乳性能,其中脱硫剂的抑制作用最显著,脱水率最低为12.10%;混合井筒维护剂对P2破乳剂脱水有严重影响,且混合种类越多、添加量越多,影响越显著。为了解决井筒维护用剂对原油破乳的干扰问题,筛选出X-75和L-01两种破乳剂。结果表明,这两种破乳剂有很好的抗井筒维护用剂干扰的效果,且脱水率基本可达到90%;并根据井筒维护用剂对原油乳状液脱水效果的影响,为临盘油田提出了四点建议。

【Abstract】 In order to study the effect of wellbore maintenance agent on crude oil dehydration in Linpan oilfield, the demulsification experiment of Linpan crude oil emulsion was carried out.The results show that the biological enzyme cleaning agent, normal temperature viscosity reducer and hot washing additives can promote the demulsification of P2 demulsifier, among which the biological enzyme cleaning agent has the most obvious promoting effect on P2 demulsifier, and the dehydration rate is 96.82%;the corrosion inhibitor, desulfurizer and solid free killing fluid inhibit the demulsification performance of P2 demulsifier, and the desulfurization agent has the most significant inhibiting effect, and the dehydration rate is the lowest, which is 12.10%.The results show that the mixed wellbore maintenance agent has a serious impact on the dehydration of P2 demulsifier, and the more mixed types and added amount, the more significant the impact.X-75 and L-01 demulsifiers were selected to solve the interference of wellbore maintenance agent on crude oil demulsification.The results show that the two demulsifiers have good anti-interference effect of wellbore maintenance agents, and the dehydration rate can reach 90%.According to the influence of wellbore maintenance agents on the dehydration effect of crude oil emulsion, four suggestions are put forward for Linpan oilfield.
