油品运动粘度的影响因素探究

【摘要】 运动粘度是流体物质的一种物理特性,反映了流体在运动过程中的相互作用。无论是油品的开采、炼制、运输都与油品的运动粘度息息相关,因此,运动粘度结果测定的准确性具有至关重要的作用,对油品质量的合格性影响深远。实验考察了温度、时间、毛细管内径(毛细管粘度计常数)等其他因素对油品粘度测定结果的影响,其中,毛细管内径对粘度测定结果的影响误差最为显著。选择1.2 mm毛细管内径的粘度计时,误差高达17.20%,测试结果较真实值偏差较大。

【Abstract】 Kinematic viscosity is a characterization of the fluidity of oil products, reflecting the interaction of liquid molecules in the process of movement.And the kinematic viscosity plays an important part in the exploitation, refining and transportation of petroleum products.Therefore, the accuracy of the measurement of kinematic viscosity has a significant effect on the quality of oil products.The temperature, time, capillary internal diameter(capillary viscometer coefficient) and other factors which determined the results of viscosity were investigated, the capillary internal diameter has the most significant influence on the viscosity measurement results.When the viscometer with the inner diameter of 1.2 mm capillary is selected, the error is as high as 17.20%.The test result has a large deviation from the true value.
