功能接枝微滤膜PSF-g-PVI的制备及其对砷酸根的吸附性能
Preparation of the grafted-microfiltration membrane PSF-g-PVI and its adsorption performance for arsenate
【摘要】 采用表面引发的接枝聚合新方法,将功能单体1-乙烯基咪唑(VI)接枝聚合于聚砜(PSF)微滤膜表面,制得了功能微滤膜PSF-g-PVI,采用红外光谱(FTIR)与扫描电镜(SEM)对PSF-g-PVI进行了表征,考察研究了该功能微滤膜对水介质中毒性阴离子砷酸根的吸附特性。结果表明,凭借静电吸附作用,接枝微滤膜PSF-g-PVI对As(Ⅴ)阴离子可产生强吸附作用。PSF-g-PVI对As(Ⅴ)阴离子的吸附量则随pH值的增大呈现先增大后减小的趋势,当pH=5时具有最大吸附量6.92μmol/cm~2。
【Abstract】 Functional monomer 1-vinylimidazole(VI) was grafted on the surface of polysulfone(PSF) microfiltration membrane by using the surface-initiated graft-polymerization method, resulting in the grafted-microfiltration membrane PSF-g-PVI.The PSF-g-PVI was characterized by infrared spectroscopy(FTIR) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The adsorption performance of PSF-g-PVI membrane for As(Ⅴ) anions was researched.The results show that PSF-g-PVI membrane has strong adsorption ability for As(Ⅴ) anions by right of the electrostatic interaction.The adsorption capacity of PSF-g-PVI membrane for As(Ⅴ) species first increases and then declines with the increase of pH value.As pH=5,PSF-g-PVI membrane has a maximum adsorption capacity 6.92 μmol/cm~2.
