N-异冰片基丙烯酰胺的RAFT聚合制备阻燃树脂
Synthesis of N-isobornyl acrylamide flame retardant resin by RAFT polymerization
【摘要】 以N-异冰片基丙烯酰胺为单体,利用RAFT聚合,改性环氧树脂,接枝阻燃剂,制备了N-异冰片基丙烯酰胺的RAFT聚合阻燃树脂,用凝胶色谱和粒径分析仪对树脂进行了表征。将树脂涂布后,测试了阻燃性能。结果表明,在单体占总质量为N-异冰片基丙烯酰胺28%,甲基丙烯酸甲酯30.7%,丙烯酸丁酯30.3%,丙烯酸11%时,水溶性最好,阻燃效果最好。
【Abstract】 N-isobornyl acrylamide was used as monomer,and RAFT polymerization,modified epoxy resin,and grafted flame retardant were used to prepare RAFT of N-isobornyl acrylamide.Polymer flame retardant resin.The resin was characterized by gel chromatography and particle size analyzer.After coating the resin,the flame retardant properties were tested.The results show that when monomers account for 28% of total mass of N-isobornyl acrylamide,30.7% of methyl methacrylate,30.3% of butyl acrylate,and 11% of acrylic acid,the water solubility is the best and the flame retardant effect is the best.
