铁空气电池产电同步絮凝除磷性能及影响因素研究
Simultaneous power generation and coagulating for phosphorus removal using iron-air battery and influencing factors study
【摘要】 利用碳基空气阴极构建铁-空气电池絮凝反应器,考察电池外阻、溶液电导率、初始pH值对铁空气电池絮凝除磷及电池产电的影响。结果表明,在10Ω外阻,NaCl浓度10 mmol/L,磷酸盐浓度5 mg/L条件下,絮凝时间40 min,不同初始pH条件下,磷酸盐去除率可达到98%以上,电池平均电流密度达到0.22 mA/cm~2。对实际生活污水的絮凝实验表明,磷酸盐浓度5 mg/L时,絮凝40 min,磷酸盐浓度降低至0.5 mg/L以下,满足一级A排放标准要求。
【Abstract】 Carbon based air cathode was used to construct iron-air battery coagulating reactor,the battery provided a new wastewater treatment method which combined power generation and phosphorus removal simultaneously.This paper investigated the impact of external resistance,conductivity and initial pH on phosphorus removal and battery voltage output.Results showed that with external resistance of 10 Ω and 10 mmol/L NaCl,5 mg/L of initial phosphorus concentration,phosphorus removal obtained 98%within 40 min,the average current density was 0.22 mA/cm~2.Treatment of domestic wastewater showed that with initial concentration of 5 mg/L phosphorus,the phosphorus concentration decreased to 0.5 mg/L in 40 min,which met the standards first class type A of GB 18918—2002.
