热网加热器管裂纹产生原因分析
An Analysis on the Cause of the Heat Network Heater Tube Crack
【摘要】 为了分析TP316L不锈钢热网加热器管裂纹产生的原因,对其进行外观检查。采用金相显微镜、硬度试验、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能谱(EDS)等实验手段对裂纹附近的组织和性能进行表征分析,并结合该管样的服役环境对裂纹部位的管样模型进行有限元数值模拟计算。结果表明:管样自身硬度不均匀是导致裂纹产生的主要原因;在变径过渡处存在应力集中易发生振动疲劳,引发脆性断裂,导致连续泄露。
【Abstract】 To clarify the cause that the crack occurs in the heat network heater tube made of TP316 L stainless steel,the appearance inspection is performed,and the microstructure and property of the region near the crack are examined by means of metallographic microscopic,hardness test,and the scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and energy spectrum analysis(EDS),and combined with the service environment of the pipe sample,the finite element numerical simulation is carried out on the tube sample model at the crack site. And there is stress concentration at the transition point of the diameter change,which leads to vibration fatigue and brittle fracture,giving rise to continuous leakage.
