基于RS-485总线的微波干燥机数据采集系统的设计
Design of Microwave Dryer Data Acquisition System Based on RS-485 Bus
【摘要】 微波干燥机的电气线路存在体积大、布线庞杂等问题。设计一套基于RS-485总线的多通道数据采集系统,以单片机为核心芯片实现多个电流和温度的采集和A/D转换,转换后的数据使用Modbus协议经RS-485总线发送至上位机PLC。经测试和实际应用表明,能够大大降低布线复杂度,节约成本。
【Abstract】 There are some problems in the electric circuit of microwave dryer, such as large volume, complicated wiring, etc.A set of multi-channel data acquisition system based on RS-485 bus is designed. The multi-current and temperature acquisition and A/D conversion are realized with single-chip microcomputer as the core chip. The converted data is sent to the host computer Plc via RS-485 bus using Modbus protocol. The test and practical application show that it can greatly reduce the complexity of wiring and save the cost.
