【Abstract】 There are some problems in the electric circuit of microwave dryer, such as large volume, complicated wiring, etc.A set of multi-channel data acquisition system based on RS-485 bus is designed. The multi-current and temperature acquisition and A/D conversion are realized with single-chip microcomputer as the core chip. The converted data is sent to the host computer Plc via RS-485 bus using Modbus protocol. The test and practical application show that it can greatly reduce the complexity of wiring and save the cost.更多还原
