【摘要】 中国特色社会主义建设进入新时代以后,我国国内矛盾和面临的国际形势都发生了一系列重要变化,以习近平同志为核心的党中央高瞻远瞩审时度势,十八届三中全会首次提出"完善和发展中国特色社会主义制度,推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化"的全新理念,以之作为全面深化改革的总目标。十九大报告重申了这一理念,十九届四中全会专题研究了这一问题,十九届五中全会又对之做出了战略部署,提出了具体的时间表和路线图。如何按照中共中央部署,通过全面深化改革,真正地将制度优势转化为治理效能,是我们当前理论和实践中最重要的一件大事。下面的几篇文章,分别从不同角度对国家治理现代化问题进行了讨论,以期推进我们对这个问题的理解和认识,提高我们全面深化改革的理论自觉性和实践能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics entered a new era,China has seen a series of important changes in domestic contradictions and the international situation. The Communist Party of China( CPC) Central Committee with Xi Jinping as its core has taken a far-sighted view in assessing the situation.It put forward for the first time a brand-new concept of "improving and developing the socialist system with Chinese characteristics,promoting the modernization of state governance system and governance capacity",which was taken as the overall goal of comprehensively deepening reform at the Third Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee. The report of the 19 th National Congress of the CPC reiterated this concept; the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19 th CPC Central Committee thematically studied this issue and the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19 th CPC Central Committee made a strategic deployment for it,putting forward a specific timetable and roadmap. The most important thing in our current theory and practice is how to truly transform the institutional advantages into governance efficacy through comprehensive deepening of reform in accordance with the central deployment. The following papers discuss the modernization of state governance from different perspectives in order to promote our understanding of this issue and improve our theoretical consciousness and practical ability to comprehensively deepening reform.更多还原
