【摘要】 以荷叶方为原料,利用乳酸菌、酵母菌、醋酸菌发酵,制备荷叶方中药酵素,并应用胆酸盐结合试验研究其体外降血脂活性。结果显示,荷叶方经发酵后与甘氨胆酸钠的结合率为63.53%,与牛黄胆酸钠的结合率为63.51%,均高于发酵前的荷叶方及1 mg/mL考来烯胺,表明荷叶方中药酵素具有较好的体外降血脂活性并优于荷叶方中药浓缩液。更多还原
