基于撞击流的臭氧氧化降解亚甲基蓝废水
Degradation of Methylene Blue Wastewater by Ozonation Based on Impinging Stream
【摘要】 利用撞击流反应管研究臭氧氧化降解模拟废水的亚甲基蓝溶液,考察了臭氧浓度、反应时间、废水初始浓度等因素对处理效果的影响。结果表明:臭氧浓度越高、反应时间越长,亚甲基蓝溶液的降解率越高。实验数据证明基于撞击流的反应管能够提高臭氧的利用率,并能够缩小反应时间,有利于降低废水处理的成本。在臭氧浓度为60 mg/min时,对10 L浓度为0.01 mmol/L的亚甲基蓝溶液处理20min后,降解率超过96%。
【Abstract】 The degradation of methylene blue solution of simulating wastewater by ozonation was studied using impinging stream reactor. The effects of ozone concentration, reaction time and initial concentration of wastewater on the treatment effect were investigated. The results showed that the higher ozone concentration and the longer reaction time gave higher degradation rate of methylene blue solution. The experimental data showed that the reactor based on impinging stream could improve the utilization rate of ozone, shorten the reaction time and reduce the cost of wastewater treatment. The degradation rate of methylene blue was over 96% when the concentration of methylene blue was selected to be 0.01 mmol/L using the ozone concentration of 60 mg/min and reaction time of 20 minutes.
