【摘要】 党的十九届五中全会把"实施文明创建工程,拓展新时代文明实践中心建设"写入"十四五"规划和2035年远景目标纲要。在新的发展阶段,要推动党的理论政策落地生根,推进文化大国到文化强国的跨越,不断提升社会文明程度,必须充分发挥新时代文明实践中心的作用,广泛开展文明实践。经过三年的文明实践探索,我们逐步形成一条以志愿服务为依托、以社会信用体系为支撑、以文明实践中心与融媒体中心融合共振为技术支持的可行性路径,并在提升社会主义精神文明、促进乡村振兴、提高基层社会治理能力与水平等方面取得了丰硕的成果。文章总结了试点工作的成功经验,分析了试点工作中存在的问题,并在此基础上提出新时代文明实践中心建设的优化路径,以期让文明之花开遍全国的每一寸土地,书写大国文明新篇章。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Fifth Plenary Session of the 19 th CPC Central Committee included “implementing civilization creation projects and expanding the construction of civilization practice center for the new era”in the 14 th FiveYear Plan and the Outline of the Vision for 2035. In this new stage of development,in order to promote the Party’s theoretical policies to take root,advance the leap from a large cultural power to a strong cultural power,and continuously improve the level of social civilization,we must give full play to the role of the civilization practice center in the new era and widely carry out civilization practices. After three years of exploration of civilization practice,we have gradually formed a feasible path based on voluntary service,supported by social credit system,and technically supported by the integration and resonance of civilization practice center and convergence media center,and achieved fruitful results in enhancing socialist spiritual civilization,promoting rural revitalization,and improving the capability and level of grass-roots social governance. The article summarizes the successful experience of the pilot work,analyzes the problems in the pilot work,and proposes the optimization path of the construction of the civilization practice center in the new era on this basis,in the hope of letting the flower of civilization bloom in every inch of the country and writing a new chapter of the civilization of a great power.更多还原
