南沙港海区水质变化与浮游植物群落更替特征
Alteration of water quality and succession characteristic of phytoplankton community in Nansha harbor area
【摘要】 港口是国家经济与社会发展的重要依托,然而,港口用海对所在海区的生态环境的影响则有待剖析。为此,以南沙港海区为研究对象,对该海区的水质和浮游植物开展了为期3年的监测,分析了监测指标的关联。结果表明,南沙港海区水质受港口用海影响不显著,除了无机氮和活性磷酸盐浓度超过了港口航运区四类海水的水质标准外,pH、化学需氧量、溶解氧、悬浮物、石油类、铜、铅、锌、镉、汞、砷、铬等指标均达标。各站位的浮游植物门类组成均是硅藻门和绿藻门种数最多,两者占了总种类数的76%以上。自2017年至2019年,各站位的种群由以硅藻门的中肋骨条藻、梅尼小环藻和绿藻门的四足十字藻等组成的3个聚类向由绿藻门的椭圆小球藻、小球藻、鼓藻、布朗葡萄藻,硅藻门的新月菱形藻和蓝藻门的鞘丝藻、细小裂面藻为代表的3个聚类更替。
【Abstract】 Ports are important infrastructure for the national economic and social development. However, the impacts of ports on the marine ecosystem need to be evaluated. To this end, Nansha port was selected as the research area. Phytoplankton and the water quality in this area for 3 years were analyzed. The results show that the water quality was not affected by Nansha port significantly. The concentrations of inorganic nitrogen and active phosphate were higher than the sea water quality standard Level 4. The indexes of p H, chemical oxygen demand, dissolved oxygen, suspended solids, petroleum, copper, lead, zinc, cadmium, mercury, arsenic and chromium were up to the standards. Bacillariophyta and Chlorophyta were the dominant divisions in each site for sample collection, accounting for more than 76% of the total species. From 2017 to 2019, the phytoplankton clusters composed of Skeletonema costatum, Cyclotella meneghiniana and Cristigenia tetrapedia were replaced by the clusters with the dominant species of Chlorella ellipsoidea, Chlorella vulgaris and Pleurotaenium sp., Botryococcus braunii, Nitzschia closterium, Lyngbya sp. and Merismopedia minima.
