【摘要】 重视乡规民约在多元矛盾纠纷化解机制中的作用,既是对传统乡治经验的汲取,又是对当代"枫桥经验"的弘扬,同时也为多元解纷机制提供了更为丰富、有效的法治资源。乡规民约在实施过程中存在程序形式化、内容泛道德化、执行机制虚无化等诸多问题。因此,应当规范乡规民约的制定程序、完善乡规民约的内容,建立严格的奖惩机制和常态化执行机制,实现乡规民约和国家法的有机衔接,从而为多元化矛盾纠纷化解提供有效的制度支撑。更多还原
