【摘要】 烧伤创疡再生医疗技术(MEBT/MEBO)创立之初是指湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)通过在创面的暴露应用[即烧伤湿润暴露疗法(MEBT)]实现创面组织再生修复的一项技术,近年来随着该技术的不断发展,其在非热力性皮肤损伤中也得到了广泛应用,且同样取得了较为显著的临床疗效。本研究主要针对MEBT/MEBO在非热力性皮肤损伤中的应用现状及作用机制进行综述,旨在为MEBT/MEBO的进一步临床应用提供参考。

【Abstract】 The regenerative medical technology for burns, wounds and ulcers(MEBT/MEBO), was a technology originally for the regenerative restoration of wound tissues by applying Moist Exposed Burn Ointment(MEBO) on the burned wound surface in an exposure way which is called Moist Exposed Burn Therapy(MEBT). In recent years, with its continuous development, the technology has also been widely used in the treatment of non-thermal skin injuries and achieved significant clinical effects. This study mainly reviewed the application status and mechanism of MEBT/MEBO in the treatment of non-thermal skin injuries, with the aim of providing reference for the further application of MEBT/MEBO in clinical practice.
