茯苓改善小鼠学习记忆功能作用的研究

【摘要】 探讨茯苓对小鼠学习记忆功能改善的影响。将130只昆明小鼠随机分为阴性对照组,生茯苓粉低、高剂量组,熟茯苓粉低、高剂量组,茯苓代培粉低、高剂量组,茯苓水提物低、中、高剂量组,茯苓醇提物低、中、高剂量组,每组10只,连续灌胃给药30 d,1次/d。末次给药次日,通过水迷宫实验、跳台实验、避暗实验,观察茯苓对小鼠学习记忆功能的改善效果。结果显示:茯苓可显著增强小鼠记忆获得能力,降低跳台测试和记忆消退错误反应率,延长跳台记忆消退潜伏期,降低避暗测试错误反应率,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。表明茯苓对小鼠学习记忆功能有一定改善作用。

【Abstract】 The effect of Poria cocos on the improvement of learning and memory function of mice was investigated.A total of 130 Kunming mice were randomly divided into negative control group;low-dose and high-dose group of raw Poria cocos powder;low-dose and high-dose group of cooked Poria cocos powder;low-dose and highdose group of Poria cocos surrogate culture powder;low-dose,medium-dose and high-dose group of Poria cocos water extract;low-dose,medium-dose and high-dose group of Poria cocos alcohol extract. Each group comprised 10 mice,and they receive continuous gavage for 30 days,once a day. On the second day after the last gavage administration,the effects of Poria cocos on the improvement of learning and memory function of mice were evaluated using water maze experiment,diving platform experiment and avoid dark experiment.Results showed that Poria cocos could significantly(all P<0.05)enhance memory function of mice,reduce their error response rate in the diving platform experiment,reduce their memory fading,prolong their latency period in the diving platform experiment and reduce their error response rate in the avoid dark experiment in mice). Poria cocos could improve the function of learning and memory in mice.
