燕麦麸油单脂对动脉粥样硬化大鼠血液流变学的影响
Effect of Oat Bran Oil Monolipid on Hemorheology in Atherosclerotic Rats
【摘要】 目的:探讨燕麦麸油单脂对动脉粥样硬化(Atherosclerosis,AS)大鼠血液流变学的影响及其对肝脏脂肪变性的改善作用。方法:6周龄雄性SD大鼠60只,随机分为正常对照组、AS模型组、燕麦麸油低、中、高剂量组、辛伐他汀药物组,每组10只。每周记录体重,连续干预8周。采用HE染色观察各组大鼠肝脏及主动脉形态学变化;血流变仪测定血液流变学指标;记录每周体重,称量肝脏重量,计算脏器指数。结果:与正常对照组相比,AS模型组大鼠血液流变学指标均显著升高(P <0.05);与AS模型组比较,经中、高剂量燕麦麸油及辛伐他汀干预能显著降低大鼠全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞压积和血小板黏附率(P <0.05)。与正常对照组相比,AS模型组大鼠可见不同程度的动脉粥样硬化病理改变和肝组织脂肪变性,而经不同剂量燕麦麸油干预后,这些病变得到不同程度的改善。结论:适量摄入燕麦麸油单脂能显著改善大鼠血液流变学,进而减轻主动脉粥样硬化损伤和肝脏脂肪变性,对动脉粥样硬化的发生发展有一定的预防作用。
【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effect of oat bran oil monolipid on hemorheology of atherosclerosis(AS) rats and its improvement effect on liver steatosis. Methods: Sixty six-week-old male SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group, AS model group, oat bran oil low, medium and high dose groups, and simvastatin drug group, with 10 rats in each group. The weight was recorded every week, and the intervention was continuous for 8 weeks. HE staining was used to observe the morphological changes of the liver and aorta of each group of rats; the hemorheology instrument was used to measure the hemorheological indexes; the weekly body weight was recorded, the liver weight was weighed, and the organ index was calculated. Results: Compared with the normal control group, the hemorheological indexes of rats in the AS model group were significantly increased(P < 0.05); compared with the AS model group, the intervention of medium and high doses of oat bran oil and simvastatin can significantly increase Reduce rat whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, hematocrit and platelet adhesion rate(P < 0.05). Compared with the normal control group, rats in the AS model group showed different degrees of atherosclerosis pathological changes and liver tissue steatosis, and after the intervention of different doses of oat bran oil, it can be seen that these lesions were improved to different degrees. Conclusion: Appropriate intake of oat bran oil monofat can significantly improve the hemorheology of rats, thereby reducing aortic atherosclerosis damage and liver steatosis, and has a certain preventive effect on the occurrence and development of atherosclerosis.
