绿茶生产加工技术研究与应用分析
Research and Application of Green Tea Production and Processing Technology
【摘要】 绿茶的生产和加工会对绿茶的营养成分产生一定的影响。本文通过探析绿茶生产加工技术方法,将茶叶摊放、杀青、捻揉和干燥技术运用到实践过程中,最大限度地保存茶叶中的营养物质和茶叶的清香。
【Abstract】 The production and processing of green tea have an impact on the nutritional components of green tea.Therefore,through the analysis of green tea production and processing technology,the tea spreading,green killing,rolling and drying technology are applied to the practice process,so as to maximize the preservation of tea nutrients and the fragrance of tea.
