【摘要】 背景:HIIT干预T2DM患者的效应存在质疑和争论,SRs/MAs研究只关注HIIT干预T2DM患者的某一个方面,且结论不一甚至出现矛盾的观点。目的:本研究探讨Oo SRs综述HIIT干预T2DM患者SRs/MAs研究的策略及评价相应SRs/MAs的方法学质量、结局证据体质量及报告质量的方法。方法:依据PICOS原则,采用中、外文文献数据库,结合"滚雪球"的策略补充文献。结果:确定明确的纳入标准和排除标准,检索式中T2DM中英文词条分别为19个、49个,HIIT中英文词条分别为4个、15个,SRs/MAs研究中英文词条分别为13个、25个。文献筛选使用Endnote软件;提取的数据置于预先设计的表格中。方法学质量评价采用AMSTAR2工具量表,偏倚风险采用ROBIS方法工具,结局证据体质量采用GRADE;报告规范依据PRISMA条目进行评价。由于HIIT干预T2DM患者具有复杂干预性研究的特征,计划结合PRISMACI对所有纳入的SRs/MAs进行分析。结论:为了全面且深入的评价HIIT干预T2DM患者效应SRs/MAs研究质量,该研究将采用敏感性高检索策略,使用AMSTAR2、ROBIS、GRADE工具,利用PRISMA与PRISMA-CI相结合分析的方式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Background: The effects of HIIT intervention in patients with T2DM have been questioned and debated.The SRS/MAS study only focuses on a certain aspect of HIIT intervention in patients with T2DM,and the conclusions are inconsistent and even contradictory. Objective: To study the strategy of Oo SRs and the methods of evaluation for the methodological quality,the quality of evidence for outcome,and the quality of reporting in SRs/MAs research on HIIT intervention in patients with T2DM. Methods: According to PICOS principle,Chinese and foreign literature databases were used to collect data with the strategy of “snowball”. Result: The inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria are determined. In Chinese and English respectively,T2DM had 19 and 49 entries,HIIT had 4 and 15 entries,and SRS/MAS had 13 and 25 entries. Endnote software was used for literature screening. The extracted data are put into the predesigned tables. The study methodological quality was evaluated using the AMSTAR2 tool scale,and the risk of bias was evaluated using the Robis tool. The GRADE system was used for the quality of the outcomes. The quality of the reports was evaluated against PRISMA’s checklist. Since HIIT intervention in patients with T2DM is characterized by complex intervention studies,all included SRs/MAs will be analyzed in combination with PRISMA-CI. Conclusions: In order to comprehensively and deeply evaluate the quality of SRs/MAs studies on HIIT intervention in patients with T2DM,this paper adopts a highly sensitive retrieval strategy,uses AMSTAR2、ROBIS、GRADE,and utilizes the combination of PRISMA and PRISMA-CI to study.更多还原
