【摘要】 幼儿体育是幼儿教育的重要组成部分,幼儿体育教育质量的优劣不仅关系到幼儿身心健康发展,还关系到一个国家与民族人口素质的未来。现阶段,广东省幼儿园体育教学工作多为幼儿教师兼任,严重缺乏专职体育教师是普遍现象,其成因主要是教育行政部门不够重视、学前教育人才培养目标不明确和课程设置不合理等,建议教育行政部门制定相关政策,支持幼儿园体育教师专业化和专职化发展;创新幼儿园体育师资培养模式,对接教育市场发展的需求;优化学前教育课程体系,提高幼儿教师的体育教学能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Physical education is an important part of early childhood education. The quality of early childhood physical education bears on not only the physical and mental health of children,but also the quality of a country and the future of the national population. At present,most of the kindergarten physical education in Guangdong Province are implemented by teachers of kindergarten,due to serious lack of full-time physical education teachers. The main reasons are that the education administrative department does not pay enough attention to it,that the goal of preschool education is not set clear and that the curriculum setting is not rational. It is suggested that the education administrative department formulate relevant policies to support the professional and full-time development of kindergarten physical education teachers,innovate the training mode of kindergarten physical education teachers,meet the needs of the development of education market,optimize the preschool education curriculum system,and improve kindergarten teachers’ physical education teaching ability.更多还原
