【Abstract】 This paper discusses the main difficulties in the practice of experiential outdoor physical education for female college students in China under the background of healthy China by comparing the characteristics of the expedition cases of women’s cycling team of college students’ cycling club in China and the Netherlands in terms of the number of participants,activity content,itinerary,motivation,activity venue and organization and management system. On this basis,it summarizes the Dutch experience and China’s reference in the practical development of experiential outdoor physical education.更多还原
