【摘要】 随着近几年互联网和智能手机普及率的提高,电子商务将会迎来新一轮发展机遇,这对物流行业的发展提出了更高的要求。在我国目前的电商物流模式中,相比于传统模式,京东物流的仓配一体化模式逐渐显露优势,其高效率、高品质的服务受到了消费者的认可。因此,文中以京东物流为研究对象,首先分析它目前的发展现状,再结合SWOT分析法对其内外部竞争条件和环境进行分析,并提出京东物流的发展对策,为国内电商物流模式的发展提供借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the increase in the penetration rate of the Internet and smart phones in recent years,e-commerce will usher in a new round of development opportunities,which puts forward higher requirements for the development of the logistics industry. In the current e-commerce logistics models in China,compared with traditional ones,JD Logistics’ integrated warehouse and distribution model has gradually revealed its advantages,and its high-efficiency and high-quality services have been recognized by consumers. Therefore,taking JD Logistics as the research object,this paper first states the current development status of JD Logistics,then analyzes its internal and external competition conditions and environment based on SWOT analysis,and proposes the development countermeasures for JD Logistics,which can be used as a reference for the development of domestic e-commerce logistics models.更多还原
