高校产教融合实践中的问题及策略探析——以江苏科技大学张家港校区为例

【摘要】 随着世界经济增速不断放缓,国内经济进入增速换档、结构调整的关键时期,江苏省经济也面临前所未有的挑战。推动经济平稳增长、产业转型升级的一个关键策略是加深高等教育人才培养与相关产业人才需求的契合度,深化产教融合。结合产教融合实践面临的挑战与机遇,江苏科技大学张家港校区物流管理专业对自身的产教融合机制进行了诸多战略性调整,以更好地承担促进地区产业发展的时代使命。文中在论述该院校产教融合实践的基础上,总结了其实践成果以为其他院校提供借鉴,另外也分析了校企合作中的深层矛盾。

【Abstract】 As the world economy continues to slow down,and the domestic economy has entered a critical period of growth shifts and structural adjustments,the economy of Jiangsu Province is facing unprecedented challenges. A key strategy to promote economic growth,and industrial transformation and upgrading is to enhance the compatibility between the teaching of universities and higher vocational colleges,and the demand for talents in related industries,namely deepening the integration of production and education. Considering the challenges and opportunities faced by the integration of production and education,the major of logistics management in Zhangjiagang Campus of Jiangsu University of Science and Technology has made many strategic adjustments to its practice of the integration of production and education to better promote regional industrial development. On the basis of discussing the practice of the integration of production and education in this university,this paper summarizes the practical achievements to provide a reference for other colleges and universities,and also analyzes some deep-rooted contradictions in school-enterprise cooperation.
